Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping:


During the very unfortunate Covid-19 Crisis - we are still in business and shipping out as normal .


Our staff are taking measures to stay safe - keeping safe working distances between them , wearing gloves 


and regular washing of hands - if anyone shows symptoms of a cold- they are sent home/not allowed at 


work and are practising self isolation for 14 days .


We hope you to stay safe and practice personal separation at the beach .


DELIVERY POLICY:

Shipping costs are $15 per Sombrilla anywhere in the USA. Orders over $299 qualify for FREE SHIPPING.

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 1-10 business days depending on your location.( most locations 1-4 business days)

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

At Hollie & Harrie we will happily exchange items where notice of the intention to return item has been emailed to sales@hollieandharrie.com within 7 days after date of delivery and sent along with original email invoice. The item for exchange must be in new and unused condition with all packaging and boxes intact and tags attached. If we are contacted outside the 7 day limit, Hollie & Harrie may refuse any requests for exchange. In accordance with Australian Consumer Law we do not refund for change of mind.

Items will be exchanged at the retail prices/values that were effective on the date of the original transaction. Faulty items will be exchanged for a replacement item – not refunded . Where a sale item has been purchased, customers are unable to exchange. It is our Company Policy that under no circumstances are customers allowed onto our warehouse premises. For all exchanges or returns, product must be posted back to Hollie & Harrie at the customer’s expense & the return postage will be charged to the customer before any new items are returned. In the event of a faulty item, once the product has been received back at Hollie & Harrie and deemed a manufacturers fault, and not due to wear and tear.

RETURN OF GOODS VIA MAIL:

Before returning goods please send us an email to sales@hollieandharrie.com describing the problem or reason for return. A photo of the problem should be included . We will then email you with the return address. When approved, the item/s must then be forwarded to Hollie & Harrie. For countries other then Australia please indicate ‘return of non conforming merchandise’ on customs forms. Upon Hollie & Harrie receiving the item/s, allow 1-2 weeks from the day you return your goods to process the return, whether it be the exchanged goods delivered to you, or a credit note issued. You, the customer, will be responsible for shipping and handling charges associated with returns. Refunds will be made within two weeks of the return of the product.
